Almost Heaven is a true guest favorite. 1200+ sq feet located on the 17th floor, facing South with water views of Biscayne Bay, Jaw-dropping downtown Miami skyline views (nights is incredible).Totally renovated Almost Heaven! is a perfect choice for your monthly stay. This condo tends to book with little vacancy so if its available, grab it while you can!. When entering there is a 2nd full bathroom immediately on your left with a huge walk in shower.You find a gorgeous open concept kitchen fully stocked with all you would need to channel your inner chef abilities. With Publix grocery store only 1/2 block away cooking in this kitchen has now become so much easier! A built in counter with stools for everyone to gather around is a perfect space saver as it doubles as a great counter to cook.The living room with amazing views is the perfect place to relax and unwind after long days exploring Miami. With Roku streaming tv that includes Netflix, Sling, and tons of free Tv show and movie apps. The living room flows right out of the sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony . Day or night, we cant find a better place to sit back and gaze out at the incredible views of downtown Miami, water views of Biscayne Bay and port of Miami.The 2nd bedroom is right next to the living room. This rooms bonus is its access out onto balcony. A queen bed and Roku streaming tv, this is the perfect bedroom to catch some views before you even get out of bed.Not but far not least is the master bedroom suite. It may not have balcony access, but it does have a window as this entire condo is a corner unit. It also has a large desk for those working remotely. A king bed to curl up in and Roku streaming tv loaded with all you need. There is a washer/dryer in this bedroom and walk thru closet. You know have stepped into the master bathroom. Fully renovated so well, it has a massive walk in closet that is big enough for two! and two sinks. This bathroom is spacious and the perfect place to spend as much time as you need!Almost Heaven! will not disappoint it truly feels like Almost Heaven!LOCATION:The Grand is situated in the heart of downtown Miami, overlooking Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. Its prime location puts it in close proximity to numerous incredible areas that should be on every traveler’s must-visit list.Getting Around/ParkingUber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.Regarding parking, at The Grand, valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6’6″, accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area.-For stays of 10 nights or longer, please inquire for more information.-Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience.CANCELLATION POLICY:-We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners’ guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking.-We are happy to assist with changing the dates of your reservation if you provide us with a notice of at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Please be aware that the new dates may have different pricing, and no refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to. Kindly note that we can only accommodate one change of dates.- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county) . Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.-Guests are solely responsible for obtaining their own trip insurance. Owners cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers. It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage for their travel arrangements and any unforeseen events.BUILDING RULES:- VISITORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THAN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. (You can’t bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended)- The MAX occupancy for this property is 2 adults + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)- Visitors are not permitted (for any length of time)- Absolutely no loud music or parties- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction.- Number of guests must not exceed occupancy amount for this property (State Exact Amount of Guests When Booking)- We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them.- No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property, If smoking is detected you will face eviction and forfeit deposit- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can not be held liable for any amenities being closed during your stay, this is out of our control so we are unable to give refunds for this situation if it should arise.- Absolutely no pets are permitted, we are unable to amend this rule as we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. Of course service animals are allowed.- The booking must be made by anyone 21 years of age or older who will also be staying in the condo.- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building (Through Security at The Front Desk, Access to Elevators, In From Pool, In/Out of Gym) Information is deleted from system at 11am on check out day.- Cars must not be taller then 6’6″ or longer then a large SUV (No Vans, Trucks, Motorcycles, Mopeds, or Trailers Allowed)- We are unable to amend the strict cancellation policy in place. Please purchase trip insurance.Packages-Apologies, but our building policy doesn’t allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)-Attach a photo of a driver’s license or passport for each adult, including yours, for building registration. This is mandatory (please don’t cross anything off on ID or you’ll need to resend)-Please make sure to do this as SOON as possible after booking so we can proceed with registering everyone. We manage 85+ condos here at The Grand, so being prompt submitting all your ID’s will help us help you to have a great stay.Valet fees:Valet is the only available option.
