“Almost Perfect” would love to be your vacation home for 2023.A nice cozy beach house with all the comforts of home inside and out. The kitchen has just been remodeled. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Off one side of the house is a small covered deck and a convenient enclosed outdoor shower with plenty of hot water.The front door opens on to a carport and patio with two sets of table and chairs. Will set 8 for dining and cookouts. There is also a large gas grill. Pets welcomed ( under 35 lbs ) and golf cart included.Our home is a short one block walk or a 2 minute golf cart ( included ) ride to the beach, and convenient to pools, tennis court ,par 4 golf course, a water park and numerous restaurants.We are anxious to share are home with your family ..Keywords: Villa,beach house,
