Aloha Spacious Villa w/ AC & Garden, Walk to BeachOur Aloha, 2 Bed, 2 Bath home is on the ground floor in tropical landscaped lot just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Poipu Beach. Enjoy a large jacuzzi tub in the master bath, full kitchen, 50 inch HDTV in the living room, TVs in both bedrooms plus a BBQ Grill, and outdoor dining. The unit is fully air conditioned for comfort and privacy.We also have off street parking, high speed Wi-Fi, beach chairs, towels, coolers, and laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets.The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire for details.This is a 1550 square feet space with ten foot ceilings, with a very open and spacious atmosphere. Renovated in 2017 with granite counters in baths and kitchens, stainless steel appliances, berber carpeting plus hardwood floors, solid core interior doors, baseboards, and crown molding.You have the entire unit to yourself. It also includes a private lanai (patio) and BBQ Grill. Feel free to roam the lush grounds of the property. If you like to have a quiet work space away from everyone, you are welcome to use our office with a dedicated computer and printer at the back of building.When we’re in the office we are happy to assist with anything you might need and you can always call us with any questions you might have.We are licensed to rent out for short term rentals.
