Our home provides easy access to an array of outdoor pursuits such as hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and the local favorite, snowmobiling.We’ve transformed our spacious two-stall garage into a game room, complete with a bar top, pool table, ping-pong, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, and life-sized Jenga. You’ll also find a large screen TV and a fully operational full-size scoreboard. With a whiteboard and additional seating, this space can easily be transformed into a collaborative conference room for executive retreats.The third garage stall is available for guest parking (including an electric vehicle plug-in). The driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles and provides room for trailer parking, ideal for your boat or recreational equipment. Please note that the driveway has a steep incline, which may be challenging in winter months, so we strongly recommend a vehicle with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive from late November through March.Skip the Denver ski traffic, as we are just a short 20-minute drive to Granby Ski area and 35 minutes to Winter Park. Nearby, you’ll find snowmobile trails, making our location perfect for ice fishing as well. Plus, the driveway doubles as a fantastic sledding hill for little ones, with sleds provided for your enjoyment.Oh yeah, and why MOOSE Ridge? We almost forgot, but everyone coming here wants to see a moose, right?
