Situated near the Truckee River, with miles of bike paths and hiking trails just steps from your front door, you’ll also be delighted to find the Alpine Meadows Equestrian Center at your fingertips. Step out onto the balcony with river views in the morning, hop over to The River Ranch, and Crest Cafe for a hot coffee to start your day or brunch on the deck. Since the Truckee River Condo is located on the valley floor you can easily pedal into Tahoe City, even down the West Shore for miles of exploring!Though a traditional one bedroom with a queen bed, there is also space available for two more on the living room sofa sleeper. The dining room seats four with bar seating at the kitchen for two. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, HDTV, and high-speed Free WiFi, the condominium also boasts a covered entry for when it dumps snow, a full kitchen, and a fireplace. Duralogs only should be used in the fireplace and you will want to pick some of these up on your way into town.Property Notes* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.* There is no air conditioning in this rental.* River Run Condos are located on the corner of 89 and Alpine Meadows Road, near the light.
