Whether you’re hitting the slopes at Attitash Mountain Resort, exploring the enchanting world of Storyland, or embarking on a scenic hike through the White Mountains, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.About the space:Located in a quiet community this new construction home has 3 bedrooms, 2 fully bathrooms, central AC, soaring cathedral ceilings, a peaceful front deck, loads of windows, and more!Top floor:2 bedrooms (1 has a king bed and the other has 2 full beds), 1 full bathroom, small sitting area.Main floor:1 bedroom (1 queen bed, 1 full over queen bunk bed), 1 full bathroom, open concept kitchen/living room and dining area.Basement:Small area with a few games (basketball, indoor golf putting mat) and a washer and dryer.House rules* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver’s license)* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement booking and before arrival.* No pets – sorry, Fido has to stay home.* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM – 8 AM* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.
