Once Georgia Mountain Rentals receives the reservation, the 20% discount will be applied to the rental rate and you will receive a Reservation Confirmation showing this amount!The main floor has a well equipped kitchen, sitting area, sun room and deck. There are both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience.The master king bedroom and ensuite bath are located just off the living room. The walk-in shower has a step down, making for easy access. This bedroom features an armchair, television and a sliding glass door that leads out to a deck.The downstairs space has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The downstairs bathroom in the hall has a tub/shower combination serving the king bedroom. The back queen bedroom opens onto the deck and has it’s own bathroom.Enjoy time together in the game room equipped with kitchenette, a gas fire stove, and lots of games including checkers, a pool table, a game table, and darts. (The futon in the images has been removed.) The washer and dryer are located behind the folding doors next to the kitchenette. There is a deck on the lower level that has a swing and hot tub and on the upper level a gas grill and picnic table.Pets are not allowed. Alpine Tee Time is a Luxury Property and there is a security camera at the front door. Guests must be 25 or older to reserve.
