You should always park in your driveway first. You can even park across the ramp or “apron” of the driveway but be sure to never park touching the grass or the sidewalk. There are also approximately 250 parking spaces on the streets throughout the community. Guests are welcome to park in any of those spaces but make sure that there is a white line in front and in back of the vehicle and you are parked within all markings. Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Otherwise they must be parked in enclosed garages at all times or removed from the community. Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered. Violations can be issued and these vehicles are subject to towing. No one, including our security personnel, can give authorization for parking outside of these guidelines.Solterra Resort – Amenities Fee*To access club facilities, you will be required to pay a one-time resort fee directly to the clubhouse office. Payment by card, cash not accepted. This fee is not included in the price of your reservation. And we don’t have access to these payments.
