Florida heat makes the garage converted game room a difficult place to hang out as it becomes far too hot to enjoy.So, we are one of the few Villas that have installed a dedicated AC unit for our Arcades room area! The family can enjoy hours of fun on the Video Arcade machines(no quarters or tokens needed!) in a cool & comfortable temperature that the guests can control with the game room thermostat. We also have a custom cabana and loungers by the Colored pool to soak up and relax under the Florida sun. This outdoor setting makes it ideal for the family to dine al fresco under the shade of the extended Lanai. Not having any rear neighbors provides privacy for quality family time.Upstairs there are 2 Master Bedrooms with King beds and huge ensuite bathrooms. A large loft area has been designed as a hangout place for the family. Perhaps to lounge in the modern sitting area, sharing the adventures of the day…or, maybe just to watch a Disney Classic on the new 75″ 4k Samsung flat screen TV.There are 3 theme rooms ready to get the kids & adults excited about their holiday.
