Description

Second row home with ocean and beach view from the front porch. Located in the popular, quiet subdivision of Swan Lake. Surfside Beach was voted “Best Gulf Coast Beach Town” by Gulfscapes Magazine. Beach is well maintained. House sleeps up to 12. We have 3 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen, granite countertop prep island, water cooler, and new GE appliances. Open kitchen and living area with all bedrooms quietly located in back portion of the house. Flat screen TV in living area with internet streaming services. 2 full baths with separate sink areas. Washer and dryer. All linens and towels provided, including beach towels. Charcoal grill located near bottom of stairs, and open space under house to hang out and enjoy the ocean sounds. Private, outdoor shower with hot water. Deck box full of beach toys. Sun deck along the front of the house, great for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
