Our completely remodeled and updated home in Tower 4 of the South Seas Northwest Complex is on the 17th Floor, one unit in from the beach, with open beach and water views from the entry, dining and living rooms and both bedrooms. Enjoy relaxing in any room, on the lanai, or cooking while taking in the beautiful view! Or dine out in the many nearby on-island restaurants that range from beach casual to fine dining and everything in between. You are right on the beach beside the resort pool. Powder white sand continues for miles, and provides amazing shelling, strolling along the water, and timeless relaxation. The South Seas Northwest Complex is complete with workout facilities, bocce, pickle ball and tennis courts, and a dock with boat slips available for short term lease.In addition to the facilities noted, the South Seas Northwest Complex includes two nineteen floor towers, referred to as Tower 3 (380 Seaview Court) and Tower 4 (440 Seaview Court), with several hundred separately owned condominiums in each Tower. Following Hurricane Irma, installation of upgraded glass doors and windows has continued throughout the complex. Individual unit owners also remodel their units. We have no control of such activities.
