Stunning single-story modern 3,870 sqft Amazing house in quiet Sherman Oaks neighborhood. 12 ft wood-beamed ceilings, wide plank French Oak floors and custom built-ins. Gourmet Chef’s kitchen with stone counters, Thermador appliances. The exquisite master features access to the backyard, large walk-in closet, and spa-like master bath with soaking tub, glass shower, and dual vanity. The spacious yard has a sparkling zero edge salt system pool complete with a spa and abundant entertaining space!General Rules of the house :-Do not make noise after 9 pm, (no music) and before only no loud music-Do not drink alcohol outside, the house “street”-Do not smoke in the home(you can smoke only at backyard)-maximum can say 8 people please let us know if will be more-No illegal doings in this property-Do not allow any non-familiar beings in the house-NO PARTING/PARTIES /NO KIDS under 4 y.o (if younger LMK please ) No Pets-The pool has no fence, therefor its set open. Its for adults only ,Be very careful using the pool, if there any children involved it is your responsibility.-Heated only hot tub ( if you need please let me know 1-2 hours before use and I’ll turn on online) some Mondays after clearing the pool needs to wait few hours, hot tub use time from 9 am to 11pm, heater can’t be “ON” more than 4 hours. Please don’t try to turn on/off the hot tub yourself-Garage not included sorry (I’m using like a storage) we have driveway and street free parking-By Law without our agreement you can’t any shooting like films (filming), photos or any kind of events-the garage is not included (sorry, I use it as a storage), if you need, let me know, please, we can come up with-I have a services like Pool cleaning on Mondays and Gardener on Tuesdays-Check in time after 3 pm and check out Time before 11:00 am, for an early check in and check out we have a base rate per hour.We do not take any responsibility for any loss, robbery, injuries , car or motor accidents or parkingGuest agree that all personal property brought into the Premises and injuries that may occur during your stay shall be at the risk of Guest (Tenant) only and that Landlord shall not be liable for the loss, theft or injuries thereof or any damages thereto occasioned from any act of any co-tenant, or other occupants of the Property or any other person.
