This magnificent villa boasts an array of enchanting bedrooms, ensuring everyone finds their own slice of paradise. On the first floor awaits a room featuring a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom.As you ascend to the upper level, discover a room adorned with four twin beds, perfect for a fun-filled sleepover or a cozy family bonding experience. Another room with three twin beds awaits. The next room is also adorned with four twin beds. Finally, indulge in pure bliss as you retire to the resplendent room graced with a king-size bed and its very own ensuite bathroom.Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.Interested in checking in early or having a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days and if your property has a grill, please note there is a $50 fee to use the grill. Many of our homes are pet friendly, but this one is NOT PET FRIENDLY. A pet fee of $500 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations of this rule. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.Please be aware that while Solterra does have a clubhouse, there is an additional fee charged by the HOA for access. This will be a one-time fee per reservation. Reservations with 12 guests or less will be required to pay $35, and reservations with 13 or more guests will have to pay a fee of $45.Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older.Please note that we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, but any additional items will need to be purchased by yourself. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA. This rental property has a Doorbell camera in the exterior of the home pointed toward the street and front door.
