We provide complimentary service to turn on the pool heater prior to your arrival without trip charge provided you pay a heating fee for entire stay at least 2 days before check-in. Once our technician has made the trip, the heating fee is non-refundable. You may also pay a heating fee anytime during your stay and request a heater turn-on service for a $50 fee if a technician is available.In some circumstances, we would not recommend pool/spa heating. Pool or spa heat in the summer may break down the chemicals in water quickly and algae will grow that turns water green. Under the extremely cold weather in winter, heater raises water temperature very slowly, therefore, we do not recommend using the heater for a stay of less than three nights.A private propane BBQ grill can be rented by a website which we will provide.It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest’s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.OUR ASKS:- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.*** PLEASE pay attention to the House Rules ***
