The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 65″ smart TV or the completely private wooded view just beyond the pool. There is also free high-speed internet and cable throughout the home so you can keep in touch with friends back home.Beyond the sliding glass wall in the great room, there is a screened lanai with a large (optional heating) SOUTH/WEST-facing swimming pool and spa, complete with LED color change lighting. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a six-person dining area outdoors, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors whenever you want. This home also affords you a lot of privacy in a conservation area with NO REAR NEIGHBORS directly behind you.
