The Bonuses in this Ground Floor area are the Outdoor TV & the Surfboard Table & Stools. Additional seating is available in this Covered Outdoor Lounge. On the Ground Floor Level is also a ½ Bath. How convenient! In the Garage are plenty of Beach Chairs & the 6 Seat Golf Cart which allows a group to explore the area together or hit the beach.
