This home has been recently purchased and its redesign completed . No expense has been spared in customizing this 8 bedroom (5 Master bedrooms) and 6 full bathroom home with our vacationing guests in mind. The objective was to design a unique home that offers a combination of luxury, fun and relaxed surroundings that caters to quality family time. We have taken down walls in order to reconfigure and open up the first floor so that large groups can congregate and catch up on the fun activities of the day. The expansive open space looks out through the wall of windows at the large southwest facing Pool & Spa area which is surrounded by a lake and lush conservation. Enjoy your private OUTDOOR theater The outdoor space affords the family a time to enjoy the Florida sun in privacy along with the abundant relaxing area that has been created for the large groups in mind. There are no “blind spots” in our completely re-modeled kitchen, equipped with brand new 42″ cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Guests can enjoy family time even when everyone is busy with different activities on the main floor. Mom and dad can easily keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool area from inside the kitchen if they are busy preparing snacks or meals.Guests generally find that homes with game rooms in the garage do not have any AC, therefore making it very difficult to enjoy this amenity in the Florida heat. Our home has an oversized 3 car garage that has been professionally converted into an Air Conditioned theater and game room. Custom carpeting, seating and lighting will enhance your experience and the abundant space will allow large groups to gather for some fun and relaxation in a comfortable climate control setting.The pool area is directly South West facing and provides sun all day, as well as, unobstructed private breathtaking views of the lake and conservation area which is rich in wild life. Less than a mile away is the brand new hi tech H20 waterpark, Restaurants, groceries, big box stores, souvenir shops and a host of other businesses and activities are within a mile or two of our vacation home. Once through the front gates, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve…Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. It is just the beginning of the grandeur that awaits you at our home!Our luxury home consists of 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. There are 5 Master King bedrooms with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 6 bedrooms on the second floor. One of the bedrooms on the main floor has been tastefully designed as the “Star Wars” room containing two double theme beds while the other is a Master King bedroom. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor are geared towards the kids in mind. One is a Princess room and the other follows the Harry Potter theme. Both kid bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms upstairs are Master king bedrooms with their own private ensuite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with brand new smart TVs purchased in 2019.After a long day of enjoying the neighboring Disney theme parks or any of the numerous other activities that Central Florida has to offer, it’s time for quality family time. Discuss the adventures of the day during dinner on the expansive dining table that can seat up to 12 people. The dinner table, nearby kitchen dinette and the granite island provide more than enough room for everyone to sit and eat…still being near each other to participate in any fun topics being discussed. Enjoy a night time dip or swim laps in the large heated pool followed by a siesta in the outdoor custom cabana. You may simply want to relax and just close your eyes in the spa and let the hot water jets relax your muscles in the privacy of your oasis. The soothing acoustics of the surrounding nature ads another element to your relaxation.Perhaps the highlight to your day will be to wind down with the family in our massive newly designed custom game theater room. Challenge yourself to a game of billiards on our professional billiard table or play one of the numerous video games on the Multi Game Video Arcades. See property links at the end of the description.Below are some of the things we have put into practice as part of EVERY clean:-COVID-19 is most likely spread in the kitchen and bathrooms, high traffic areas.
