We just finished renovating the entire property including the upstairs unit and this downstairs unit in July 2021. They both turned out fantastic! This is such an amazing location on 28th Street, 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants. Park your car in the garage and walk the boardwalk to shop, people watch or eat.This downstairs unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great big patio, brand new amazing Air Conditioning, and tons of beach gear all just steps to the sand. Ocean view from the! We provide all of the boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, beach towels, sand toys, wagons, coolers, pop up tents and umbrellas, basically everything you need for the beach and it’s all in good condition. You get one parking space in the garage and there is free street parking in front of the house and all around.You can also rent the upstairs unit if you need more space. The second bedroom has a queen bed with mirrored closet doors. The third room has a queen and a twin with mirrored closet doors. All bedrooms have SmarTV’s. The second bathroom has a tub/shower and is located in the hallway next to the two bedrooms. The sofa bed is a full size memory foam mattress.If you haven’t visited Newport Beach and the Peninsula before it is a lot of fun. It’s very laid back here. Just bring your bathing suit and some flip flops. You can rent paddleboards, duffy boats, take sunset cruises, whale watch and so much more. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away, Legoland is 1 hour away, and Los Angeles is 1 hour away. Balboa Island, Lido Island should not be missed during your stay. And from here you can get to so many other amazing beaches including Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach and more!Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues.
