Fashionable granite counter tops highlight the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with all new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plus all cooking and dining necessities. Eat inside at the kitchen island with barstool seating for 3 or while enjoying the breezes and view from the lanai which overlooks the golf course. Laundry amenities include brand new full washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. One assigned parking space is provided, as well as additional guest parking spaces.
