Floor-to-ceiling windows on the south side overlook the dunes and the sea. The elegant, wood-paneled kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art Miele and Gaggenau appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for three, an adjacent dining area with seating for ten. Completing the second-floor living space is a private terrace to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.Also on the second floor is the oversized king master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and gorgeous gulf views. A writing desk, smart TV, and seating area complete the room. The master bathroom features artful stone and a 13-jet steam shower.Below the main level, are two luxurious guest spaces. The first is a king bedroom with modern furnishings, and a 80″ Smart TV to enjoy movies or sports. There are two sets of French doors leading to a private porch. A full-size washer and dryer are also found on this level.On the ground level, a large, shaded patio for al fresco cooking and dining has a barbecue grill and a new Teak dining table, with seating for 8. Additional outdoor seating, and two comfortable chaise lounges make the adjacent covered patio a perfect place to enjoy a book.
