Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in a gated lake community that is in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by stunning lake front on both sides. The gated community has many well kept green belts, walking trails and parks.Enjoy the heated private pool, hot tub and lush tropical landscaping and a patio overlooking the serenity of the beautiful lake!The inside has beautiful tall ceilings with a large living room, the kitchen is fully stocked even some basic spices available.This location is close to everything you need and several golf courses. If you want a fun night out downtown Chandler is about a 10 minute drive and offers many wonderful restaurants and shopping choices.Absolutely no pets, children or anyone is to swim in the lake, the lake is strictly for the wildlife . Children and pets should never be unattended in the back yard and pets must be leashed while in the front yard or on a walk.
