The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin/twin bunk set, a large closet, wood blinds, and a TV with cable, DVD combo VCR for your enjoyment.There are ceiling fans throughout the condo to stay cool. The pool and courtyard area are spectacular. There are many built-in professional-grade outdoor Viking grills, teak tables, and chairs to relax under and enjoy that barbecue creation poolside. The pool and courtyard are lit at night and create a pleasant view from your balcony.Our convenient garage-level storage closet includes enough space to hold all your favorite beach essentials.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 3.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
