Beyond the pool, take advantage of the numerous amenities, including a picnic area, tennis/pickleball courts, the marina, and the natural Florida Keys beach right on the property. You won’t even have to leave the grounds to watch the boats come in and out of the marina – all your favorite water activities are within reach! With so much to do and experience, this condo is perfect for an unforgettable getaway.• You must be 25 years or older to book this property.• NO work crews allowed. Family rentals only.• Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces.• Pets are not allowed per the condo association.• No Jet Skis allowed on property.• If bringing a boat, you must have $300,000 liability insurance and $100,000 property damage insurance. You MUST provide proof of insurance PRIOR to arrival. Trailer parking is limited and based upon availability. $50/night. Max boat length is 28 feet. Slips are available on a limited basis.
