Amazing Ocean Views House w/ Private Saltwater Pool – 5 BR-4 BA – Sleeps 13Nicely decorated 5-bedroom, 4 bath home with inspiring views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). There are 4 large decks to take in the view of your preference with either a cup of coffee or cocktail of choice. From the ocean side, sit in one of the rocking chairs and watch the waves crash on the beach while the kids swim below in the oversized private saltwater swimming pool. (Pool can be heated for an additional charge). Decks have gates and yard is fenced. Professional landscaping with palms. Take a short 2-minute walk around the corner to the beach to feel the sand beneath your feet and enjoy the ocean.The inverted floor plan provides amazing ocean views from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and large 55″ flat screen Smart-TV with DVD player in the living room. Cable TV and wireless internet included. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after enjoying a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal grill onsite. Plenty of covered parking and guest storage shed available at ground level. Linens and towels for total number of occupants are included – all beds are made. Non-smoking, no pets. Sleeps 13.
