You will love how close to the water you are. Please note that this property is a duplex.The building has 2 units, one on the left (Playa Azul) and one on the right (Playa Vista). You will have access to your entire unit (Playa Vista), the parking area beneath it, and the entire deck in front of your unit.Experience the ultimate in convenience with our light and airy sanctuary duplex house located right on Beach Dr. This property accommodates up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed, and a bunk bed in the second bedroom. For your safety and privacy, there’s a connecting door between the two properties which can be locked for complete privacy. But if you desire to rent both units, you will have all the room you need for family reunions, bigger groups, or a getaway with your closest friends since each side boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with one equipped with a bathtub. Keep connected with everyone back home, and stay entertained with lighting fast WiFi and Smart TV in the living room. We even provide a whole-house water filtration system to ensure clean and safe water during your stay. But we highly advise you to bring your own bottled water for drinking and cooking.Always available by phone, email, text.We are located right across the street from the beach/ocean. You can walk to the beach, the jetties to go fishing, numerous nearby restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Once you’re in Surfside, you really don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. Everything is close by!Best way to get to Surfside is to drive. However, once you’re here, set it and forget it! You can park under the building or in the driveway. You can walk everywhere if you like.A maximum of 2 dogs allowed under 20 lbs. Should be house trained. Please note that there’s a $100/pet non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated or kennel when left inside unattended. They must be kept from being left outside or anywhere on the property unattended or overnight, as this is against the city ordinance. You can keep your dog on a leash when they are outside, but please make sure to pick up after them. Please be advised that if a pet is discovered without the appropriate pet deposit being paid, an additional non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be applied, in addition to the standard $100 pet fee. Outdoor security cameras in use. Parties are not allowed. No smoking. To make a reservation for this place, guests must be 21 years of age or older.We only allow a maximum of 2 dogs under 20 pounds.
