The beautifully redone kitchen with custom quartz countertops offers modern cabinetry and all of your premium stainless steel appliances including built-in stove and microwave, refrigerator, undermount ice machine and dishwasher as well as coffee/espresso maker for your culinary pleasure.Luxurious Accommodations:The large master bedroom includes sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool and spa area and features a king size bed, sitting area with two settees, a 60″ flat-screen tv, and a large private bathroom with double sinks, custom quartz countertops and oversized, open rain shower system.The spacious guest bedroom boasts two sets of large bunk beds (full-over-full and twin-over-twin), a 55″ flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stunning shower including mosaic tile accents.The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, comfortable seating area with a 50″ flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub and shower, and feel free to use the large washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room. This home sleeps up to 8 people max.Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
