Gorgeous home with an AMAZING pool & backyard. This home is sparkling clean & beautifully furnished down to the last detail! It’s complimented with a 35 foot log pole style patio giving you plenty of shade on hot summer days. The backyard is very PRIVATE creating your own piece of paradise in the desert.Both the kids & adults will LOVE the pool area of this home. There’s a shallow kids play area on one end and also a table with an umbrella in the pool to enjoy a cold beverage on summer days. PLUS a refreshing waterfall & soothing Jacuzzi*And, you’ll love playing PING PONG under shaded patio by the pool & we also provide corn hole boards (w/bean bags) for family fun! Alexa music pods located inside and by the pool.Enjoy a family cookout on our stainless steel propane BBQ located in the SHADE – so only your hamburger buns get toasted on hot summer days : ) Oh…and don’t forget to grab the marshmallows on your way out the door, since there’s a cozy firepit to gather around on cooler nights (firewood is provided!).Located just 5 minutes from the lake and Windsor Beach launch ramps & state park. FULL use of two-car garage and plenty of room to park your boat or wave runners on shaded side of the house (or behind secure double gates).This vacation home is SUPER clean, has a resort-like backyard and it’s beautifully furnished with every amenity provided making it your favorite “home away from home”. You’ll want to tell all your friends what a fabulous place you found and return again & again to this fabulous vacation home!NOTE: The $125 to $159* cleaning fee is NOT included in VRBO’s quote. It’s paid when you DEPART to our hard working cleaning crew. Amount is based on length of stay & number of people using the property during your stay. You may request cleaning fee quote prior to booking. *Cleaning fees maybe higher for stays longer than 2 weeks. Monthly stay cleaning fee starts at $195 (paid once when you depart).NOTE: Only paying guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use the property & pool. Additional people require approval and there may be an additional fee. When inquiring, please let us know who else will be at the house during your stay (so we can approve PRIOR to accepting your reservation). Winter rentals – price quoted is for 2 guests. There is a $150/month fee added for each additional person.The beds in the house are very comfortable and sleep up to 5 adults or 4 adults & up to 2 children (3rd bedroom has a bunk bed w/ double bed & a twin bed for child under 100 pounds).The pool has a solar cover (used in cooler months) which cuts heating costs up to 60% and helps maintain pool temp once heated. The Jacuzzi jets can be enjoyed year-round (with or without heat). Guests are responsible for cost of propane to heat pool & jacuzzi (there is a monitor on the propane tank). A separate deposit is required to cover propane costs if guests’ plan on heating POOL during cooler months.If you have any questions feel free to send Cyndi a message & she’ll respond promptly.
