OB is as unpretentious as San Diego beach living gets. A funky, sleepy little beach town that time has forgotten. Where sunny days are punctuated with waves pounding the beach and sunsets accentuated by the Sunset Cliffs.This newly renovated property is a 2-Unit town-home which can be rented together or for smaller groups we can block off part of the property and offer discounted rates.Both units have access to a shared patio area with a gas grill and a rooftop deck, complete with chaise lounges for sun bathing, patio table, chairs and umbrella for dining or just enjoying the nightly fireworks and peak ocean views.Property A is the newly renovated front unit, with a gorgeous modern kitchen and spacious master bedroom, complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, fireplace, couch and flat-panel tv. The main bath is spacious as well with a large glass shower.The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed with an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.Unit B is the newly renovated back unit, and has a wonderful Mexican flare, with brightly colored walls and decor.
