All the rooms of this oasis are on the same floor but for the kids’ suite, which is located up a flight of stairs above the garage. Your toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, swim laps in the pool, sit on the private dock on Audubon Pond, soak up some warm sun rays in a poolside lounge chair or read a good book on the covered veranda. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads to the living room. There is an open floor plan layout between the living room, kitchen and dining area. These rooms also look out onto the covered veranda and private pool. The master suite and office are located on one side of the living room and the homes four remaining bedrooms are located on the other side of the kitchen. All rooms of the home (except for the kids’ suite) are located on the same level. You do have to take an interior staircase to access the kids’ suite.NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger people will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
