This single family home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, located on the second row with a fabulous ocean view from all four bedrooms, the great room and kitchen. The beach access is right across the road! Easy access to the beach, which is gorgeous with large dunes, wide beach and family oriented.The floor plan is perfect for small families. All four bedrooms face the ocean and have private access to the huge deck. The master suite has a king bed with a smart tv, and private master bath. There are two queen bedrooms that each have custom decorated walls/ headboards, and a smart tv, and their own access to the deck. Drink your morning coffee on the deck while watching dolphins and shrimp trawlers cruise by! Magical! Lastly, there is a bedroom with a queen over single bunkbed. There are two more bathrooms located across the hallway from the bedrooms with custom stain glass windows that provide privacy! There is a door that can be closed off from the bedrooms to the main living area – perfect for putting kids down for a nap or the early risers not wanting to wake everyone up!The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! There are two refrigerators – one in the kitchen and another in the garage for easy access to grilling or beverages.The outside living area by the pool is stunning! Want to escape and enjoy a place where you can relax or watch your children swim in our private salt water pool? This outdoor living space is what people enjoy the most! There is a round table with chairs and a bar area with a built in wine cooler. It is a great space to play games or just sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze!
