Enjoy your private pool and hot tub along with a provided bar-b-que and enjoy all that Cape Coral offers. The pool cage has finally been replaced since Hurricane Ian, and the property is back to 100% Pre-Ian condition. As an added benefit, I’ve added Flordiat Glass to the outdoor hot tub for additional privacy. It is a very spacious home with wifi, games, a ping pong table, a dart board, and a host of other activities. The home is close to various activities, restaurants, and shopping. If you have children with you, be sure to visit Lobster Lady for an outstanding Seafood Dinner or the many beaches close to the house.
