NOTICE – We do not rent to high school or college age groups – We rent to family groups only. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or older responsible adults (age verification will be required prior to rental).Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.Our NEST thermostat allows for warm month temperature settings between 70 – 77 degrees. If you require temperatures below 70 degrees, please do not rent our property. We do not adjust for lower settings.Parking pass is required. Cost is $45 and is paid directly to the Homeowners Association.This is our second home and we spend 6 – 10 weeks of the year here. We ask only that our guest respect and care for our property while enjoying a beach vacation.ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.* This is a ‘No Smoking’ and ‘No Pets’ Unit and property.* The HOA monitors for smoking on the balconies – proven violation of the no smoking policy could result in warning, fines and/or forfeiture of your security/damage deposit.
