Our updated kitchen is well stocked for those guests who like to eat in..This villa includes a new, full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax on our private balcony and enjoy the amazing views of one of Hilton Head’s award winning beaches. Balcony furnishings include a table, 4 chairs, and 1 lounge chair. Balcony has access from both Living Room and Master Bedroom.The master suite includes a King size bed, private bath, with a tub shower combination. There is also access to our private balcony. The guest bedroom includes a king bed with access to an updated bathroom, to include a tub/shower combination.Shorewood is a gated community with a brand new pool complex that features a seasonally heated ( March/April and Oct./Nov.), zero entry pool. The pool complex also includes a hot tub and a children’s pool. Beach access has coded gate.The Shorewood complex is located approximately 300 yards from Coligny Plaza, where our guests can walk or bike over and enjoy the specialty shops, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and entertainment. Enjoy the miles of bike trails where you can enjoy the lush landscape and wildlife that Hilton Head has to offer,.When booking, please ask about how to get discounts for bike rentals. No Pets allowed at the Shorewood complex. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. Let us know, at booking, if you need the pullout linen. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.
