“I’ve stayed here twice and definitely recommend it! The space is lovely, the view is beautiful – especially at night, and it is PERFECTLY clean. What a bargain! This amazing loft is within easy walking distance to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, the Barton Creek greenbelt and Restaurant Row. On the edge of downtown the spacious covered balcony has a fantastic view of the Austin skyline. Nearby market offers groceries, sandwiches, tacos and a great beer and wine selection. The high ceilings and open loft make this space comfortable and relaxing.Queen sized bed upstairs in the loft comfortably sleeps 2.Living area has a vaulted ceiling with fan, love seat and coffee table. There is a 32” Smart TV (Roku) with free wifi and HDTV antenna for local stations. Kitchenette has a small stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a ladies bicycle, helmet and pump available to ride. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
