This vacation home in the heart of Cape Coral is aptly named. In the Villa Paradise, you can spend your vacation next to one of the city’s most beautiful canals. Well-maintained gardens, elegant furniture and spacious rooms await you.The Villa Paradise has 3 bedrooms: One is equipped with a king-size bed, the other ones with queen-size beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which features a walk-in shower.The heatable pool is a true highlight of the villa – not only thanks to beautiful views of the canal. Around the pool, you can catch a tan on the sun beds or enjoy a cocktail on the cozy lounge chairs. Of course, you can also spend the evening in the living area complete with leather sofas and a flat-screen TV.In the kitchen you will find everything you need for meals with the whole family: including oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, blender, toaster and cutlery, as well as a coffee machine and spices. Buying groceries is easy with the supermarkets Publix and Walmart just 5–10 minutes away. You should definitely add steaks to your shopping list, as the villa features a modern gas grill.With its elegant chandelier and large table, the dining area is perfect for dinners with the whole family. Of course, you can also enjoy your meal in the roofed pool area. And if you do not feel like cooking – the main street Del Prado Blvd with its many restaurants is only 2 miles away.Your comfort is key at the Villa Paradise. Therefore, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as flatiron, hair dryer, telephone and fast internet.The vacation home is located in a quiet, but central area. In just 15 minutes, you can reach the Yacht Club Beach (Closed April 2022 to 2024) by car. Alternatively, spend a fun day with your whole family at the Sunsplash Family Waterpark just 10 minutes away.Optional Fees:Pool Heating: $25 per night for bookings of 3 weeks or less and $15 per night for stays over 3 weeks.
