Watch the sunrise and pods of dolphins pass by from either the beachfront deck directly outside the living room or get an even better vantage point from the second floor balcony.Situated on a private street with private beach access right outside the back door, our townhome is the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time with family and friends. You may never want to leave our little piece of paradise during your time there. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer in the home, wifi and cable tv, as well as books and games to enjoy during down time inside. The floors were recently redone, and we also recently updated the towels and linens and the master bedroom mattress, as well as putting in a new HVAC unit, a new oven & stove, and a new dishwasher. The bathrooms were renovated in January 2024. The entire inside of the home was repainted in September 2022 and interior closet doors were also updated at that time.There is plenty to explore nearby. Our home is just minutes by bike or car to a fantastic grocery store and other shops and restaurants and a 15-minute drive to historic Fernandina Beach’s bustling Main Street full of shopping and dining. The home is steps from the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island and surrounded by a number of world-class golf courses.
