Our Amelia Landings two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located in a canopy of trees in a private community just two blocks off of the beach. It is a uniquely decorated unit that sleeps up to six comfortably. Beautifully decorated, the master bedroom contains a queen size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. The large screen porch offers cool breezes and overlooks private woods, as well as private entry from the master suite. Guests at the Amelia Landings complex enjoy access to an exclusive outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a private access trail to the beach. Ample parking is also available.Load up and stroll along the secluded boardwalk to the ocean. This property is well within walking distance to beach-side restaurants, surf shops, bike and fish rentals, and an ice cream parlor. Visit the island’s state park, hike, bird watch, or play putt-putt golf. Amelia Landings is also just a five minute ride to the Historic Downtown District. From there, you can walk to local clothing, antique, and souvenir shops. Take in the sunset at the Fernandina Harbor Marina, then dine at unique local restaurants. Even enjoy the farmers market on Saturdays!All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
