With a sixth-floor view of the beach from your own private balcony, there is no better space to watch Amelia Island’s famous sunrises. Upon entering the unit, you will notice the bright, comfortable common area and the fully equipped kitchen. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first boasting a king size bed, from which you can look out at a stunning view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, allowing for a total of six guests.All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach/pool towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.This property does NOT supply beach chairs or umbrellas.We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
