Beach or golf, no need to choose. Come to the beautiful gated community of Wyndham Ocean Ridge. Our charming and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath sits on the second floor, overlooking the 4th green at the golf course on Edisto. This condo is a bike ride to the beach! Relax and enjoy multiple views from the large screen porch. Perfect for large or small families, sleeping up to 6+. 3 TV’s (cable in living room, king bedroom, and newly added cable in the queen bedroom!).Edisto provides beauty, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, shelling, golf, and tennis. Visit the nearby State Park, Botany Bay, Serpentarium, and an expansive beach.**New for 2024! My husband and I purchased an amenities pass for our renter’s to use! This pass gives you access to: all 3 of Wyndhams pools (one covered and heated during winter months), hot tub, fitness room (located above the Recreation Center Gift Shop), 18-hole mini golf course, playground, and tennis courts! There is a $500 replacement fee for the pass if missing that we have to pay out of pocket. Therefore, if the amenities pass is not placed back in the white welcome binder when the housekeeper comes in to clean, you will be charged a $500 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!Please note that golf carts are not allowed to be parked at the condo.We provide plush towels and soft linens for your comfort. We also provide toilet paper and laundry detergent. However, we do not provide items such as hand soaps, dish soaps, personal care items, etc.Please understand that we do not claim to be a high-end condo. We do our best to provide guests with what they need to have a great vacation in Edisto. If you are expecting to be greeted with a hot towel upon arrival, this condo is not for you. 🙂
