Welcome to your home away from home. 2nd floor condo (not handicap accessible) 2BR/2B, (1 BR with 2 twins that can be converted to a split king, 1 BR with a Queen and a twin bed, LR has pull out couch), full kitchen, amazing pond views from private balcony. On-site amenities including 2 heated pools and jacuzzis, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, ping pong/pool tables, gas BBQ, free high speed Wi-Fi. We are non smoking and no pets permitted. 6 miles to AMI as well as IMG. Free beach parking.Enjoy all of the on-site amenities including 2 shared heated pools/jacuzzis, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, shared ping-pong/pool table, gas BBQ. Passes for all amenities free for guests. (A $20 fee for loss of pass). Free high speed wifi, spectrum TV or bring your own passwords to other TV streaming services. Free parking for 1 vehicle. No assigned parking spots. No motorcycles, box trucks or RV’s permitted.Beach towels, chairs and umbrella available in condo for your use.All linens supplied which includes bedding, 1 set of towels (bath towel and washcloths) per guest. Coffee/tea and paper towels/toilet paper provided for the first night then it is the guests responsibility after.Walking distance to Publix grocery store, restaurants, bowling, & cinema.World renowned Anna Maria Island is just over 6 miles away.
