Within 2 blocks, a playground for young children is a nice destination; Two blocks the other direction is the major grocery store and other conveniences. Everything needed or wanted is within close walking distance. Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more!
