French Doors open to quiet time in the outdoor sitting area–or grab a lounge chair and get a tan by the *pool. Blackout blinds will ensure privacy and solid sleep on the new Nova Form mattress. A short drive or walk to the El Paseo Shopping District (AKA ‘The Rodeo Drive of the Desert’) is where you will find delightful shops and plenty of dining options. The home has two ‘sides’–owner-occupied half and the Daddy-O Suite on the other side. The suite has its own a/c and heat, so you can find the perfect temp for yourself. Keyless (punch pad) entry. *The property has a large pool that is only heated in the summer months by the sun. Guests are welcome, of course, to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun with a chill libation or take a nap…mi casa es su casa! NO PETS.
