Enjoy the pool table and outdoor fire pit while relaxingThe space- This home is a wonderful brand new designed gem, a perfect place for you, your friends, or your family to come back to after Disneyland visit, and a perfect home for you to explore what Orange County has to offer. Very close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Anaheim Packing District, and Anaheim Convention Center- The home is designed super well with attentions to details from the front yard to whole house to the back yard with your comfort in mind.- When you enter the front door, you will find bright and happy living room with a 65 inch TV, a sectional couch, two poufs, two accent chairs with plenty of seats for everyone. The main hallway take you back to three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 8 with a folding bed for 9 person and 10 person sleep on sectional couch.- Bedroom No#1: has a two full beds- Bedroom No#2: has as queen bed- Bedroom No#3: Master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom offers a big size work desk and a 65 inches TV- Hallway bathroom has a shower- From the living room, kitchen is on the left with a dinning space seating for 6 people- Game room with a pool table, yoga mats for 2 persons, set of professional poker chips- Game room is connected to outdoor seating space with fire pit seating 6 people, lounge seating area seating up to 6 persons and super nice backyard with organic orange trees, lemon treesFREE parking: 2 car garage ( but please park only 1 car ) 3 cars in the driveway and a lot of free street parkingGuest access- Guests have access to the whole house except the linen closets.- 2 spot parking inside the garage ( but please park 1 car ) and 3 spots in front of the garageOther things to note- Please note that we are not refilling propane tank. You can take an empty tank to home depot for refilling with a small fee- Please advise DO NOT use the indoor fire fit ( for safety concerns ).- Please keep quiet in the backyard after 10pmPLEASE NOTE:We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes.
