With updated furnishings, large balcony and in gulf front building, you can’t go wrong! The condo offers plenty of living space as the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room all open to each other. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with smart TV and opens to a large, 400 square foot patio, which offers comfortable seating and dining.The fully equipped kitchen offers three barstools to enjoy your morning coffee, while the adjacent dining room comfortably seats 7. The split floor plan provides privacy, as the primary suite is on one side of the living area, while the other two bedrooms are on the other side.For those with little ones, we have purchased a pack n play with an infant sleeper. There is also a new high chair in the unit.The balcony has a beautiful treetop view. Because the unit faces the East, it is a nice shaded getaway after a day in the sun!The unit is only steps away from the beautiful gulf beach. The pool is heated in the cooler months and, along with the hot tub, provides a lovely view of the beach and ocean. What a great place to relax!!*BEDROOMS: PRIMARY: King bed with private balcony & en suite bath (shower, tub, 2 vanities). GUEST: king bed with main balcony access. GUEST: 1 queen bed with Full Bath in hallway next to queen bedroom.*COMPLEX & AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it’s minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint ‘town’ of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.*AMENITIES: On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. We have high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with gas grills and seating are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. On-site Security is provided through the gated access into covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout.*HIGH SPEED INTERNET throughout the unit & building.*COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SETUP comes with your rental (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) during the high season (March 1-October 31). Additional setups as well as paddle boards and kayaks are available on site in high season (March 1-October 31) or can be arranged in off season. We also have beach chairs, umbrella & toys in the unit for guest use. Bon Fire Services also available. Bike rentals are right around the corner.*There is a strict no pet policy that is checked and enforced by security.*Tents & canopies are not allowed on the beach, smaller sun shades for infants are permitted.
