We have turned abandoned sail boats and made them into vacation rentals! Everyone has a story, let us be apart of yours!The sailboats are located in Sarasota Bay, parallel to Cortez Village and Anna Maria island. She is mooring out out in the bay! The boat is a similar stay to camping but a little bit better than actually camping!You will notice dolphins swimming in the bay, manatees around the mangroves, pelicans searching for their next catch of the day, the sound of the waves from the tides going in and out, and don’t forget the shooting stars at night!Let me promise you, your stay will be memorable for years to come. Come enjoy the waterways Florida has to offer!Rates are PER PERSON. We taxi you to the boat upon request or you can rent one of our kayaks to explore even more of the waterways, or we have a selection of John boats to choose from. (Not included in price). We can provide all the essentials upon request for expl: a generator, solar shower, hotspot, ect. If you would like a list of pricing and other amentities we offer, please ask and i will provide them.The boat is anchored and not to be attempted to actually set sail. Weather permitting. Refunds will not be granted after being booked unless damages to the boat that is not in our control. The waiting list is not what we had expected so if you decide to cancel, please notify via message or email so we are able to accommodate the next waiting guests.As a bonus ! We offer boating charters! (Sunset cruises, fishing tours, island hop).
