Policies are in line with the owners’ guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking.-We are happy to assist with changing the dates of your reservation if you provide us with a notice of at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Please be aware that the new dates may have different pricing, and no refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to. Kindly note that we can only accommodate one change of dates.- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county) . Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.-Guests are solely responsible for obtaining their own trip insurance. Owners cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers. It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage for their travel arrangements and any unforeseen events.BUILDING RULES:THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS:4 ADULTS plus 4 children (15 years of age or younger)- we can not amend that occupancy number as it is a building rule.-Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking.- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.- We know you value your belongings, so don’t leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you’re booking on behalf of others.- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it’s legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay.- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.Parking:We offer 1 self parking space for $320 monthly.AFTER BOOKING: (monthly stays)28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)- 24/48 hours business day approval process- Emails for each adult- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.- No prior arrests-$320 Monthly Parking FeePlease make sure you took a long .. long .. long .. moment to look over these.
