You’ll be enchanted by the gardens, koi ponds, fountains, walking trails, and more! Named after the enormous oak tree growing on the property, don’t miss out on 20 acres of woods and land to explore.INSIDE THE HOMEThe home boasts a spacious main floor primary bedroom with a wood stove, a huge walk-in closet/dressing room, and sliders to a deck with a hot tub. The living room’s vaulted ceiling and high windows let in natural light. There’s a second bedroom on the main floor and a large loft bedroom upstairs. The full walkout basement is finished as well offering another living room area, a full bathroom, and a bunk room! There is a studio behind the house which has served as both an art studio (to a famous artist) and a recording studio.
