Andes Lake House – Right on the Lake!Lovely 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located on the majestic, quiet, end of Lake George. This house is right on the lake, with no roads to cross. There is a lawn with a playground, tether ball set, basketball hoop, volleyball net, etc., and a small beach and shallow swim area.There are two docks and a float off the main beach and two additional docks and a float at a second beach about 50 feet north.The home belongs to an association of multiple homes. It is central on the property with a prime view of the lake. The two-story home includes a large, cheerful kitchen, living room, screened-in porch, and two patios. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms downstairs, including a tub and shower. The full-sized washer-dryer unitis in the hall just steps from the kitchen. Upstairs there is a great room with large, picture window, bedroom and full bathroom with shower. There is also a sink and bar area upstairs, and a small refrigerator. There is central air on the first floor but just fans and a cross breeze from open windows upstairs.The house is fully furnished inside, and outdoor furniture includes a picnic table, eating table with umbrella, lawn chairs and recliners. There is a dock and boat slip available for your use. Several area marinas will rent boats by the hour, day and week. The house comfortably sleeps 8. If you have a larger group, there will be an additional $400 per week charge for each additional guest, regardless of age. We hope you enjoy your stay, full kitchen and other amenities.NOTE: We rent Sunday to Sunday but try to be flexible.
