I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. This is a one bedroom with full kitchen and covered balcony with a little ocean view. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, breakfast bar, Large bathroom. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking.The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean.Within the condo; the 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker and keurig, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar and dining table with an additional dining table on the covered patio. Seats 12 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with two couches. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, basic cable, and wifi.For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip.
