With fresh, updated decor this rental is a great place to spend your island time. When not relaxing on one of the two private outdoor patios and barbecuing on the gas grill, make sure to enjoy the large, heated community pool. .Not only is this condo a seashell’s throw from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, it is also only a 3 minute walk to an ice cream parlor, shopping and multiple restaurants – just stroll through the pool’s back gate and you will see the retail center! Also nearby there are plenty of other options for great island cuisine and shopping including Manatee Public Beach which offers beachside dining (including all you can eat pancakes on the beach) or hop on the free trolley to experience Pine Avenue, Bridge Street and other attractions AMI has to offer.Things to know:This property has a 7-night stay requirement. However, select properties have the flexibility for shorter stays. Let us do the searching for you!We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
